The Cờ Tướng Nghĩa Sing app (the “App”) is published by an individual, Trương Trọng Nghĩa. By using the App you agree to these terms.
2. Use of the App
The App provides Xiangqi content (master games, training tools…). You may not copy, redistribute, tamper with, or use it for unlawful purposes.
3. “Đại Sư” subscription (auto-renewable)
- Name: Đại Sư (product id
master_yearly). - Length: 1 year, auto-renewable.
- Price: 799,000 VND · USD 39.99 · SGD 49.98 (regional price as shown by the App Store).
- Payment: charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation.
- Auto-renewal: charged for the next period within 24 hours before the current period ends, unless you turn off auto-renew beforehand.
- Manage & cancel: Settings → [Apple ID] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the App cannot cancel on your behalf.
- Restore purchases: using the same Apple ID.
- Refunds: handled by Apple App Store (support.apple.com/HT204084).
4. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, game data and software belong to the publisher or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
5. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
